Meet the Team
Justin and Amber DeLong
Justin
In October 2024, Justin joyfully celebrated 10 years of sobriety. With a decade of recovery behind him, he felt a clear calling to walk alongside others on their own journey toward freedom. His heart is to love people well, trust God’s provision, and take intentional steps each day to live a Christ-centered, sober life.
Amber
Amber has a heart for people and a gift for making others feel seen and cared for. With a background in working with children and studies in Human Development and Business, she has always been drawn to serving others. Most of all, her passion is to reflect the love of Jesus in everyday life, offering compassion, encouragement, and hope to anyone in need.
Family
Family is at the center of Justin and Amber’s lives. As parents of seven children, ranging from ages 3 to 21, they see their home as their first ministry. They believe one of the greatest ways they can serve is by modeling a Christ-centered, loving family to those walking through recovery—showing that healing, stability, and joy are possible.
Together
Justin and Amber believe God has faithfully directed their steps toward serving the Cleveland community. Their desire is to walk with those in recovery, offering encouragement, hope, and the reminder that lasting transformation is possible through Christ.
